Description

A thermoplastic road-marking paint formulated with an oil-based acrylic binder, high-quality pigments, and chemical additives. It is designed for marking main roads, parking lots, and various other applications.

Warning: Newly marked road surfaces must not be opened to vehicle traffic until at least 3 hours after application to allow the coating to fully bond and cure properly to the road surface.

Application Instructions

• Ensure that the surface is clean and free from grease, dust, and other contaminants before application.
• For previously painted surfaces, wash and dry the surface thoroughly and ensure that the existing coating is firmly bonded before applying the new coating.
• Stir the product thoroughly before use.

Dilution

• Brush application: Up to 10% dilution using Italian thinner.
• Spray application: 18–20% dilution using Italian thinner.

Coverage

5–7 m² per kilogram at a dry film thickness of 110–150 microns, depending on the condition and porosity of the surface.
